Managing Priorities

Tuesday, October 26, 2010

During a football season do you often feel overwhelmed by competing priorities?  Do you have difficulty managing competing demands?  The AFL e-learning centre offers a free course in how to manage your priorities.

The down time provided by the off-season break presents an opportunity to equip yourself with valuable tools that can help you take control of your schedule and better prioritise your tasks.  At the completion of this course, you should be able to set goals, plan and prioritise competing demands and better control the time thieves.

The course is aimed to assist those who are challenged by competing priorities and want to improve their time management skills.  The course will enable you to take a close look at how you manage your time and implement strategies to improve your efficiency.

This course is a generic course that is not football specific but will still provide value to club administrators who battle competing priorities.  This course will take you up to 1.5 hours (nominal) to complete.

Access the course by following these simple steps:

  1. Visit the AFL Community Club e-learning centre
  2. Click on the manage your club courses button under the courses available heading
  3. Click on How to Manage Priorities
