The Level 4 AFL Senior Coach Program commenced in March 2015 and is designed to provide a clear pathway for the development of the AFL Senior Coach, beyond the current Level 3 Accreditation.

Completion of the program is expected to take 12 – 24 months. Final assessment is based on the demonstration of the coaching competencies, through a process of Peer Review.
Admission to the program is via a selection process considered in January each year.
