2014 AFL Schools Footy Tipping Competition

Madison Fraser from Lilydale West Primary School, Victoria has defeated over 4,000 students across Australia to be named the national champion of the 2014 AFL Schools Footy Tipping Competition.

The competition was open to primary and secondary students across Australia.

Richmond captain and AFL Schools Program ambassador, Trent Cotchin praised Madison on her achievement.

Id like to congratulate Madison on her great effort. This year my AFL tipping total was 140 and Madison scored 143. I might need to seek her thoughts on how I can improve for 2015!.

As part of the competition students selected over the 23 AFL Rounds their winning AFL teams and state and national winners was based on the highest aggregate score/ranking.

Madison will receive an I-Pad mini, $400 AFL Store voucher and a football signed by Trent Cotchin. Liliydale West Primary School will also receive an AFL 9s kit.
