Independent School Competition Flourishing in 2015

2015 will be a year of firsts for the Independent Schools Program in NSW. March will see Independent School “All Stars” team play a Trans-Tasman match against the New Zealand U/16 team. Students from Knox, Cranbrook, Shore, Waverley and St Ignatius, Riverview will play in the match on Friday 20th March at St Ignatius, Riverview. The match offers a unique opportunity for schoolboys to join forces to play against an international touring team. 

This is a curtain-raiser for what will be the biggest and best Independent Schools Program so far. 2015 will see further expansion to the competition with over 30 teams from 10 schools participating. This year will also see the playing pathway completed with the introduction of the Opens competition which will be extremely exciting opportunity for those students participating.
